San Francisco

San Francisco is a hilly city located in northern California, and definitely worth a visit. The city is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the well-known Bay. Best known for the infamous Golden Gate Bridge, Victorian houses and cable cars – all things to add to your itinerary whilst you’re visiting. Be prepared to do a lot of walking in this city, there’s a lot to see by foot and this is one of the best ways to explore the local cafes, shops and attractions. Napa Valley

Napa county is north of San Francisco and is home to the infamous wine region. If you’re a fan of fantastic views, great wine and delicious food then this is the destination for you. If you are interested in visiting, then booking onto a winery tour is a great way to explore the area and enjoy some of the local offerings; you can even do it in a hot air balloon! Yosemite National Park

This famous national park is in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains and is known for its breath-taking landscape and views. Santa Monica

Located on the coast, this destination is home to the extremely popular Santa Monica pier which houses the Pacific Park amusement park, aquarium and Looff hippodrome carousel. This is a great destination if you’re a sun seeker and fan of being near the ocean. Why not enjoy a day at the beach and take in some of the local attractions?
